Health Promotion: School Wellness
Over the past few years, PHS has:
- Worked with local school cafeteria managers and nutritionists to open the debate about continuing to improve the nutrition of school lunches.
- Been awarded 3 Department of Roads "Safe Routes to School" grants, allowing us to work with 12 of our communities to increase safe walking and biking to school.
